Segrap d.o.o., Glavni trg 13, 9240 Ljutomer (hereinafter: the organiser).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The prize draw is being held in collaboration with influencer Sara Rutar and will take place on Instagram as a joint (collab) post on Sara Rutar's profile and the Bioterme Mala Nedelja profile.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><b> Clause \u2013 Duration of the prize draw<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The prize draw runs from the publication on Sara Rutar's Instagram profile until <\/span><b>30.04.2026 until 23:59<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><b> clause \u2013 Terms of Participation<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Individuals aged 18 and over, who are resident in the Republic of Slovenia or EU member states, are eligible to participate in the prize draw.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Employees of the organiser and their immediate family members may not participate in the prize draw.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By participating in the prize draw, the participant is considered to agree to entry)\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">share post to story and tag profile.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"5\"><li><b> tent in Son\u010dna dolina (Bioterme Mala Nedelja)<\/b><\/p><p><b>\u2013 1 x daily entry to the Bioterme thermal baths.\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prizes cannot be exchanged for money or any other prize. All users use the content at their own risk. Bioterme Mala Nedelja is not responsible for any damage resulting from access, use or inability to use the information on these websites or for any errors or deficiencies in their content.<\/p><p>The guest has the right to reserve an arrangement. If the guest cancels the booked arrangement, Bioterme Mala Nedelja has the right to refund the costs due to the cancellation. The cost of canceling the arrangement depends on the time in which the guest submitted the cancellation. Bioterme Mala Nedelja are entitled to the following percentages of the price of the arrangement in the event of its cancellation:<\/p><ul><li>cancellation up to 15 days before arrival - 10% of the arrangement<\/li><li>14 to 4 days before arrival - 30% of the arrangement<\/li><li>3-2 days before arrival - 80% of the arrangement<\/li><li>1 day before arrival, on the day of arrival or no show on the date of reservation - 100% of the arrangement<\/li><li>in the event of a change in the date of stay, the advance payment already paid will be transferred to the new date.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6413722 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6413722\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The guest can book the arrangement as a long-term reservation or a short-term reservation. A guest's reservation made at least 15 days before arrival is considered a long-term reservation, and a guest's reservation made less than 15 days before arrival is considered a short-term reservation.<\/p><p>In the case of a long-term guest reservation, the deadline for advance payment is 7 working days from the date of reservation, and in the case of a short-term reservation, the deadline is 3 days from the date of reservation.
