The Bioterme complex also has a post office, e-charging station, ATM and shop.

From Post of Slovenia and Biolek shop are located in the Hotel Bioterme, 

more specifically in the connecting corridor between the hotel reception and the thermal park reception. 

At Post Slovenije You can also withdraw cash, buy postcards from Bioterm and souvenirs from Prlekija.

The Post Office is open:

Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 8am - 1pm,

Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1pm - 6pm.

Saturday: closed!

Shop Biolek offers a wide range of small items you might have forgotten at home (swimwear, 

baby swim nappies, flip-flops, sun cream), souvenirs and a newspaper. 

Opening hours:

Monday - Thursday: 9am - 12pm

Friday, Saturday: 9am-12pm and 4-7pm.

Sunday: closed!

E-charger with two charging points is located in the covered car park opposite the Bioterme Hotel.

To top up, you must show your ID at the hotel reception, where you will receive a top-up card.

The ID will be retained until the card is returned and the top-up payment is made. 

Charging can be done between 6am and 10pm.

ATM Gorenjska banka is located on the left side of the entrance to Hotel Bioterme. It is accessible 24 hours a day.
