Hotel rooms are available from 14:00, and the villas and tents of the Sončna dolina glamping resort from 15:00. A full day's swimming is included in the price on the day of arrival and the day of departure, so we recommend that you take advantage of the swimming facilities before your stay and after check-out.
The guest has the right to cancel the reservation. If the guest cancels the reservation, Bioterme Mala Nedelja is entitled to a refund of the cancellation costs. The amount of the cancellation fee depends on the time during which the guest submitted the cancellation. Biotherme is located in the hilly landscape of north-eastern Slovenia, 1 km south of Mala Nedelja, in the municipality of Ljutomer. The exact address is Moravci v Slovenskih goricah 34, 9243 Mala Nedelja.

The hotel has 2 rooms specially adapted for disabled guests. The entire complex of the Bioterme Baths and Hotel is accessible for disabled and elderly people.
Bathrobes are included in certain offers and packages. If a bathrobe is not included, it may be an additional cost. Towels are not provided in the room for the visit to the thermal park, but towels can be rented for a fee at the reception of the thermal park.
Most rooms at the hotel can be equipped with a baby cot at an extra cost, which must be requested at the time of booking.
At your request, we can arrange a diet. When making a reservation, please indicate which type of diet it is.
Pets weighing up to 15 kg are welcome at an extra cost in some glamping villas, upon prior reservation. If you are staying with a pet, please follow the instructions provided at check-in.
Adult bikes without child seats are available. Rental for 2 hours costs € 3,00, and for the whole day € 8,00. They can be booked in advance on +386 2 56 52 000. Electric bikes are not available.
All accommodation units are modernly furnished and provide a perfect quality of living: living room, bedroom, kitchen with all necessary equipment, private bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning, heating, terrace with garden furniture. Some glamping chalets have a private wooden bathtub with geothermal water on the terrace.
Check-in (if available) is possible from 8 am onwards. You can stay in your accommodation (if available) until 16:00. The price is € 35 per accommodation. Earlier arrival or later departure must be announced at the time of booking.
You can leave your luggage at the Bioterme reception on the day of arrival or departure for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

If a Sunday is followed by a public holiday, the thermal park is open until 21:00.
