The cost of canceling the arrangement depends on the time in which the guest submitted the cancellation. We have 2 specially adapted rooms in the hotel. Access to other parts of the hotel (restaurant, thermal park, wellness, etc.) is also possible.
Yes. Bathrobes are available in all rooms, including glamping units. Unfortunately, bathrobes are not available for children. Towels for visiting the thermal park are not available in the room, but it is possible to rent a towel in the thermal park, for an additional fee.
It is possible to add a baby cot to most hotel rooms for an additional fee, but it must be reserved in advance.
At your request, we can arrange a diet. When making a reservation, please indicate which type of diet it is.
Pets weighing up to 15 kg are welcome in some units of the glamping houses, subject to prior reservation. An additional fee of €20 per night is required for animals. You also get the policy for signature.
We have bicycles for adults without child seats available throughout the year.
You can rent bikes for 2 hours for €3.00, and for the whole day for €8.00. They must be reserved at the reception or by calling: 02 565 2000.
Electric bikes are not available.
All accommodation units are equipped with modern equipment that ensures a perfect quality of stay: living room, bedroom, kitchen with all necessary equipment, private bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning, heating, terrace with garden furniture. Some glamping houses have a private wooden hot tub with geothermal water on the terrace.
Yes, late check-out is until 4 p.m. The price for late departure is €35 per room.
You can store your luggage at the reception for free until departure.
The thermal park is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
